Cymbria Campground Welcomes Festival Goers For The 2012 Cavendish Beach Music Festival, July 6-8.

We are located on PEI's North Shore between Cavendish and Brackley Beach, 10 minutes from the concert site, 20 minutes from Charlottetown, and 40 minutes from the Confederation Bridge. Cymbria Campground offers everything from full hook-ups for big rigs to private un-serviced tent sites. We are your best choice for camping accommodations if you want a lively atmosphere during the day and evening, yet calm and quiet late at night. In order to maintain a fun yet not "rowdy" atmosphere, please read the following points regarding your stay:

	A $50 security deposit per site will be required at time of check-in
	Only ONE vehicle per site past our security gates (or one trailer and one tow vehicle). Free parking is available for extra vehicles in a secure area near the office.
	All stereos off by 11PM. Guitars and non-powered music still permitted until 1AM
	1AM is ABSOLUTE SHUTDOWN. All fires out and all campers quietly in their tents & trailers. NO EXCEPTIONS. Authorized campers returning to the campground after 1AM may do so after checking in with security provided they enter slowly and quietly and go directly to their tents/ trailers without disrupting others in any way.
	No visitors past 11PM
	Alcohol is permitted provided it is consumed responsibly
	All regular rules and regulations of the campground will apply

RESERVATIONS FOR THE CONCERT WEEKEND

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required

NO CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 1, 2012. A valid Visa, Mastercard, or money order is required for reservations. All credit cards will be charged the full amount of the stay (plus GST) on or after June 1st. We accept reservations before June 1st, however any credit card which is declined after this date will void the reservation. Each site will require a A $50 security deposit at time of check-in, and will be refunded upon checkout provided there has been no problems, security gate card is returned, and site is left clean (see website rules for full details).

RATES FOR THE CONCERT WEEKEND

*UNSERVICED $32 +GST

*2-WAY HOOKUP $36 +GST

*3-WAY 20 AMP $38 + GST

*3-WAY 30 AMP $42 + GST

*Please note that rates listed are for 2 adults and 2 children (OR 3 Adults) with one tent or trailer. An additional $5 per extra person and $4 extra tent (maximum 1 extra tent) will apply. Please also note that a maximum of 4 adults only is permitted in our unserviced and 2-way sites. Maximum occupancy restrictions may also apply to non-family groups in 3-way sites- please enquire.

From our experience in regular camping (and hosting our own music festivals), we have found that our rules and policies, made known beforehand and enforced fairly with everyone, provides the best possible experience to all campers. They are not meant to discourage a good time, but rather to give everyone a fair expectation of how far the good time can go without offending others. If you do not agree with our rules, the answer is simple...stay elsewhere. Otherwise, we're looking forward to having you with us for what promises to be a great weekend of music and camping!
