Ocean view, Spacious 50 Amp 3-Way Sites
($70 Regular season, $65 Off Season)
Our premium 50 amp 3-way sites offer power, water, and sewer hookups, ensuring a comfortable stay for RVs of any size. These expansive sites are all back-in/drive-out, providing ease of access along with a lovely water view of Rustico Bay, the Gulf of St. Lawrence, framed by trees and a hedgerow.

Spacious 3-Way RV Site: 30 amp
($59 Regular season, $54 Off Season)
Our 30 amp 3-way sites, offering power, water, and sewer hookups, are renowned for their generous size, easily accommodating RVs of any length. Most sites are relatively level, with at least a shade tree or two nearby for added comfort.
Many of those located in the lower area are back-to-back, allowing campers traveling together to face each other and enjoy a shared, expansive “front lawn.” Additionally, several lower sites are convenient pull-through (drive-in/drive-out) sites. On the upper area, you’ll find drive-in and back-in sites with ample space between trailers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay.
Whether you prefer a more social or secluded setting, our 30 amp sites offer versatility and comfort for every traveler.
3-Way RV Site: 20 amp
($55 Regular season, $50 Off Season)
Our 20 amp 3-way sites, have power, water, and sewer hookups, and are ideal for campers with lower power needs. These generously sized sites are remarkably level and feature at least a nearby shade tree.
Our 20amp sites are arranged back-to-back, allowing campers to travel together to face each other to share communal space. Whether you prefer a drive-in/back-out or back-in/drive-out setup, these sites offer flexibility and ease of use.
Comfortable 2-Way Tent Sites: 20 amp
($50 Regular season, $45 Off Season)
Don’t call them RV sites, it just opens up arguments about putting trailers on these sites. The allowable size is in the description.
Our 2-way (20amp power & water) sites are perfect for tents, pop-ups, or very small trailers (think Boler), 14’ or less. Our 2-way sites range from sunny, treed, wooded, semi-private, and extra-large, so be sure to let us know your preferences and we’ll do our best to find you a great site.
Un-Serviced Tent Sites
($45 Regular season, $40 Off Season)
Our unique un-serviced sites are perfect for tent campers seeking a true outdoor experience. While these sites are “off the grid”, communal power and water sources are conveniently located nearby for your needs.
Each of our tent sites has its distinct charm, so let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to match you with a site you’ll love. Whether you prefer a secluded spot, a site with a particular view, or one that’s close to amenities, we’ll help you find the perfect fit.

Terms & Conditions
- Off-season rates apply May 23- June 19, 2025. Other discounts do not apply
- Some services and facilities during the off-season may be reduced or unavailable
- Prices are based on a family of 4 with one tent or trailer and do not include tax. Children 3 and under are free
- Maximum of 6 adults per site in 3-way sites, or 4 adults in 2-way or tent sites
- $10 extra person. Maximum ONE extra tent $10. A bottomless screen tent (space permitting) is free
- One (1) vehicle only per site (plus trailer). Additional vehicles must remain in the public parking area
- All fees + security deposit due upon arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit, Cash
- Weekly, monthly, and special rates apply only if reserved in advance and paid in full upon arrival
- Non-family groups or one-night stays (non-family) with no previous history will be subject to a higher-than-usual security deposit (refundable), and must first be approved by management. We are a small, QUIET campground
- Pricing and/or terms & conditions may vary for special events or long weekends

Reservation Policies
- Year-Round Reservations: we accept reservations throughout the year. Please be patient with off-season reply times
- Deposit and Reservation Fee: A non-refundable deposit/reservation fee equal to one night’s base fees (per site) will be charged to your credit card for all reservations. This fee will be credited to your account at check-in. For reservations of three weeks or longer, a larger deposit may be required. Please inquire for details
- Peak Season Reservations: Reservations are highly recommended during our peak season (July and August) or special events
- How to Reserve: Reservations can be made via our website form or phone, or initiated through email
- Reservation Guarantee: Reservations are not guaranteed until valid credit card information has been received, the deposit has been charged, and a Confirmation Number has been issued
- Accuracy of Information: No refunds will be issued if we cannot accommodate your reservation due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided at the time of booking
- Site Requests: While we always do our best to honor requests for specific sites, we cannot guarantee specific site allocation numbers. We reserve the right to modify site assignments at any time before your arrival. However, we will never change the type of site requested. If more than one site is booked as a group, we will keep you together
- Early Departure: No refunds will be given for early departures
Cancellation Policies
- Non-Refundable Deposit: All reservations require a deposit/fee that is non-refundable for any reason
- Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice before your arrival date to cancel your reservation or to change your dates to shorten your stay. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge to your credit card equal to 1 night’s stay or 40% of the total reservation amount (before discounts), whichever is greater
- No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Please ensure you receive a Cancellation Number for your records
- Partial Credit: At management’s discretion, a partial (non-transferable) credit may be issued toward a future stay if sufficient notice was given. Conditions may apply. Please inquire
- Special Events: More notice may be required for cancellations during special events
If you do not agree with our policies, please refrain from making a reservation. Always ensure you receive a Cancellation Number as proof of sufficient notice.
